Don’t worry about Low Resolution warning!

Just got my first book! Love it! So easy to make and the pics look great! As I was making the book, the app said that several of my photos were low resolution and might not look good, but they all look great!

I have used this app to make books to send to family in the past and loved it. Now I can’t get any pictures to load to make a complete book. It’s a huge disappointment. This app used to be wonderful.

I wanted to love this service. The app is easy to use and the quality seems “premium” (it ended up being far from it). Ordered an album on 12/10. It was due to arrive in 12/20 — even got a notification. Got stuck in “label created”. On 12/20 I asked them to reprint and expedite the shipping — now it’s stuck in “printing” with a delivery date projected for next year. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes here — and I guess that’s the main issue. I wish it updated the status. Why is the shipment stuck? Why is the printing stuck? There’s a ton of services out there that do this — I guess I’ll stick to one of their competitors from now on. :(

I have ordered several Chatbooks and love them all. They are such good quality and it’s nice to have physical copies of photos. My toddler loves looking at the pictures and they have maintained their quality despite his rough handling. One time I received a book that wasn’t perfect quality and they made it right immediately by sending a new copy free of charge. Great company and great customer service. Thank you!

Chatbooks is amazing! I don’t have to go to store and print all the pictures that I wanted. It’s price point is reasonable for every picture. Plus it definitely saves me a memory on my phone! With just few customization, you will have a perfect photo book. I will definitely subscribe to it!

Worst app ever, photos do not load

Tried to create the Year Book, the app took me through all of the 12 months and I selected 360 photos only to find at the end only 90 photos uploaded. The app, nor the website could not tell me which photos did not upload. The ones that did were scattered photos throughout the year so it was impossible to reconcile. A complete waste of time and when contacted support they suggested I start over. No thank you, requested to have my account deleted. Terrible software and user experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

I cannot get it to work correctly. I checked my settings, and I gave the app permission to use photos from my camera roll. They briefly flashed on the screen where you add photos, but then they disappear immediately. I tried using the text to support feature, and that has apparently been disabled. I typed out my question in the text box, and it will not send. The send button is faded out. I have already given my credit card information, and I’m very unhappy. I will ask for a refund of this is not corrected in a reasonable amount of time.
