Can't edit the spine of the book, which is annoying when the dates are incorrect. Limited editing of pages. Can't select just one volume to send (have to buy all volumes unless you manually remove the photos you don't want printed - SO ANNOYING). Cool idea. Affordable. App needs help (UI clumsy, features limited, runs/updates very slowly). Hope the app improves. Update 2/23: 5 stars for customer service. They reached out and addressed my issues and fixed the spine for me. It is rare to encounter amazing customer service so that alone deserves adding 2 stars. Looking forward to my future books!

This app is great. Their website is more difficult to use- it take awhile to upload and then to move pictures around in order, and some of my photos weren’t looking right. But the app is way more user friendly and quick! Once I started using the app instead of the website things went a lot quicker. I love my wedding album. The quality of the printed pictures is great. I’m very happy with it. I plan to order from them again for an album for my bridal shower, engagement and honeymoon pictures and future photo album needs!

I have my Instagram photos automatically placed into a chatbook and sent to me. I started Instagram about a year before my son was born so his entire life (he's five now) is already printed. It's one less thing I have to worry about. Also I accidentally left a chatbook out in the rain and was able to reorder it immediately. If my home were to burn down I can always reorder all of my books.

So far after figuring out a couple things I’m loving this. Just ordered my first Chatbooks, can’t wait to see it when it arrives.

Image quality is not great, they couldn’t replace my Chatbook without my original photos. Kind of wondering how they were able to print the book in the first place but oh well, disappointed! Customer service is always professional and sweet.
