Confused

I had started to create a book…it disappeared. When I started all over again, the options I’d wanted were gone. As I started from scratch I ended up with a book that is much different than I’d intended. I’ll try Chatbooks one more time to see if the problem was me…or the rushed Christmas deadline or the fault of Chatbooks app. Hoping for a much better experience next time.

The short time it takes to get this done pays off endless residuals for the rest of your life. Hard copy pictures are teetering as an item of the past that should never be forgotten.

I love this app because my kids still love to look at picture books and I don’t print pictures out anymore. When the app disconnected from my Instagram I received a personal text fixing it within a few minutes. This is really the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!
Too many synching errors! ?

I had to contact customer service and Rachel was amazing. However, it was aggravating to select images then have a sync error and they had to be deleted. I ordered a second book the same day (12/15/2021, today) and AGAIN with the errors. It doesn’t show you what didn’t upload and with 33,000 photos on my phone it’s not easy to remember or figure out. Disappointed in my experience today.

My order is a week late and the tracking info (provided by chatbooks), says it started in Miami and ended up in Utah. I’m in Fort Lauderdale, 30 mins north of Miami. I messaged support to ask and they said my item didn’t come with tracking. So obviously I asked how I’m being provided tracking info that says it’s in Utah, if it can’t be tracked. They’re response was that SOMETIMES it does come with tracking, but the tracking is incorrect on USPS part. I’ve asked several times to give me the tracking number so I can look into it myself, and they ignore everytime. They told me to wait until 12/31 to ask them to look into it for me. That’s 3 weeks after I ordered, 2 weeks after they said it’d be here, and a week after xmas (it was supposed to be a gift)…before they will even look into it! Wish I could add screenshots of the weird conversation. Anyways…. If you download the app, definetly dont order any of the products. If you do, don’t believe the fake tracking. They will never provide an actual tracking number, and they won’t take 2 seconds to track it for you unless it’s already 2 weeks late! Bad biz.
