Just ordered my second book, and I love how easy this was to put together. Great way to put all my photos from my phone into an album.
Can’t order more than one book at a time.

Chatbooks is great, but it’s super annoying you can’t order 2 different books at the same time. They make you order individually and pay shipping on each item.

I am sad to say I did not find the chatbooks experience to be a positive one. I had issues with payment (said my card was expired but it was not). Then the product came and it was sadly disappointing. I spent a great deal of money and the front cover had a tacky glue like substance on it and we had a random blank page in the middle of the book. I have ordered picture books from other companies before and they were much nicer. Update - I bumped my rating up from a 1 star to a 2 star because they do have amazing customer service and the app was really easy to use.

I love this app and they make beautiful books, but had to search on Google how to do some things...like how to change the name of the title and how to make a custom book.

Got my first book today and I am very pleased with it. I got the 8X8 hardcover and it just perfect. Will definitely be creating new books for future orders. Highly recommend

I love having pictures printed and my girls love looking at the books. And it’s so easy! My favorite part! I would give 5 stars except that I’m still waiting on Chatbooks to allow you to order more than one custom book at a time to save on shipping and to only have one order. I would have ordered all my custom books a long time ago if I could’ve saved on shipping costs. I want to add more than one book to my shopping cart! Hopefully it will happen soon.

This is the best way to create photo books from your best digital photos. The books are beautiful and the price is so hard to beat. The app is extremely easy to use. Every photo even has a date and location of where it was taken. I can’t say enough about this wonderful app and product.

I just completed my second book and I am so happy with this service that allows me to do books directly from my phone! My daughter-in-law introduced me to Chatbooks and I tell everyone that if I, a grandma to 17 grandchildren, can do it, so can they!
