Would love the option to use camera roll and FB & not have to use specifically Facebook or camera pictures and free range of both to make albums

I never print my pictures anymore and this is a great way for me to have my pictures.

After reading quite a few negative reviews regarding issues with this app I was a little apprehensive to try it but had hoped that these problems had been resolved. Unfortunately they have not, and the glitches are still there. It has issues loading photos, loses data, and overall not a great program. I wasted too much time trying to get this to work sadly. Gave up and moving to another program to use for my photo book that works more consistently without the glitches.

New customer here for one year now. I am so enjoying having these compact, custom, colorful photo booklets on hand as a photo journal of the highlights in my camera roll!! Easy to prep, manageable size (30pics), great quality prints for the price. Love it!

I have tried 4 times to do the year end book. I get to the month of November and the app freezes and closes. I lose all my progress. Considering how long it takes to go through a year worth of pictures isn’t worth my time to try a fifth time.

I ordered 2 chatbooks for my friends. I titled them Friends Forever, but when I got them they didn’t say that. One said hello little one, and one said 2021. I was very frustrated because I wanted them to say friends Forever and they don’t. This is a problem and I am highly disappointed in your flaw. I expected more for such a high quality business, and part of a good business is giving their customers what they orders which includes titles. I am highly unsatisfied and should be refunded and given new books with the correct words. This also is wasting my time because they were for Christmas, and now my redesign won’t be here for another multiple weeks. Poor design and manufacturing. :(

The only way I have been able to keep up with photo books is through Chatbooks! The app is pretty darn good. I find that the easiest way to keep things organized for your book is to go through the favorites folder on your phone.

I started using Chatbooks for all the obvious reasons and I still love it for its ability to create books with photos of my kids. BUT every year when I open it up to make my yearly books, the app has updated and it’s harder and harder to use. In the end I have to use the app and the website to get the book just the way I want because the editing features don’t work well on both platforms independently. I’m considering finding another photo service because it’s so frustrating.
