My book arrived damaged thanks to the post office, which was disappointing. But I used their in-app live chat feature and I had a brand new book printing for me within minutes. Each agent I’ve worked with has been polite and personable. It’s just a bonus that the product is so outstanding. I love Chatbooks!
Great company, app needs work

I love our Chatbooks subscriptions. I do one for each child, one for our family and one for each vacation. It’s easy and keeps oriented pics on my shelf which is important to me. Cons: The app and website are both always changing and not always user friendly. I have to rediscover how to add contributors with each new book. This last order I had made all of my edits/rearrangements and the app reset all of my pictures. Painful process but worth it in the end.
Unable to format photo order or estimate photo quality

Just ordered my first book and will see how it goes - I didn’t realize there was a website version with some extra usability until after I had ordered my first book for $30. I wish I could have clicked on my photos to set their order - Not sure if that is possible? I’m also not able to tell what quality the photos will be, since I know they are coming from my iPhone and I wasn’t able to order a photo book from the Kodak app at CVS because the resolution of my phone pics is allow. So, I’m trying this app and I guess this is a $30 experiment!

This is my 5th book. Super easy and so pleased. Easiest of these services that I’ve used.

I have loved this app- but ever since I stopped my iPhoto back up - it isn’t working. It has been over a month now if trying to fix the problem with customer service but nothing they or I have done has solved it. I am so sad because this was my favorite and I have sold it on at least 4 other friends but I just don’t know why it quit working ! Bummer

I tried to do this from a desktop, but since I had over 5,000 pics on my IG it wouldn’t work. Support tried to help and recommended I try the app. The app has all the features. I was able to create a lovely book of a trip I did with my mother to Tahiti, and hope it arrives for her bday as it’s expected to.

I’m a lover of pictures and always want to print them and put them in an album! This app makes it super easy to just do it! No trips to the Kodak machine for me anymore! I tried using the Kodak app and it crashed on me in the middle of making a book. Highly recommend this app! Just made my first book ever! Super easy and convenient!
