Horrible book

The book that I just received I literally cannot even see the first 5 to 10 pictures at all. They are blurry over pixelated and I can’t believe that this is what was sent out to me.
Very buggy + bad customer support

After spending 2 hours creating a book, my photos didn’t upload because of an app design flaw ( you must be logged in for pics to save but there’s no alert). Told customer support team, they couldn’t fix and offered me a $10 coupon which was insulting
I love this app so much.

Failure to launch

I have tried over 15 times to make a yearbook… I’ll get halfway through March and the Apple crash making me start all over from the beginning. Also it’s very difficult to create a yearbook from the beginning with a grid of four photos per page you think you should be able to select this from the beginning… I contacted customer service and they said that’s only an option if you select 120 photos…I did select over 120 photos but then you were only able to create a collage page for any subsequent pictures… So I have 120 pages with one photo each and then I am given a grade selection? Then I have to tap on every square to add an individual picture… It would be way more user-friendly to select all the photos I want from a particular month and have them auto flow into a grid layout
App crashes constantly

While I like the concept of this app, the fact that whenever I would try to delete something in my cart, it would crash. Haven’t had this problem out of other photo print apps.
Does Nothing!

I took a LOT of photos in 2021. Imagine my surprise when I gave it access to my photos and it said it could not find any! So much for that.

I’ve used other websites/apps like Shutterfly and nothing comes close to how easy this app is to use! And cheaper!!
