Caviar use to have a great reputation for delivering for high end restaurants. This is no longer the case. :(

Downloaded this app two days ago … ordered some sushi around 10 pm… specific instructions to bring to the hotel room with the hotel number directions where to find the room and to knock and gabs the food to me … food never arrived contact customer support … was told I NEVER MET THE DRIVER and he left early … but never called me and literally was supposed to be DELIVERING the food … so the customer service offers me …. MY MONEY BACK IN 3 days!!!! not even a little $5 coupon or anything for the fact that now it’s two hours later and everything is closed I can’t even order food and I’m hungry !!!!!!! Nothing did my incinvience and then they had the nerve to close the chat early !!!! Amazing looks like I’m back to u Ed ears at least they give you a little something for your completely wasted time !!!!!!!

We use Caviar and other services almost every night and Caviar is the worst at over committing. They accept the order, then delay, delay and over an hour later they cancel. Well -it just ruins your night!
Poor trial experience

Signed up for a free trial, cancelled immediately to avoid the recurring charge, and it said my dashpash would expire today. That’s pretty shady that I can’t actually try it for a month free now.
