Would be nice if you could adjust tipping after deliver, and it would ESPECIALLY be nice if the app could tell you a restaurant was closed before you ores all your food and hit submit.

Order issues dont get solved, and restaurants decline often

What’s the point of having a restaurant listed as open on your platform if they decline every order? And caviar does zero to help, or provide the customers with credita for wasting time & money on their mistakes.

Driver never showed up, no response

I ordered from Shake Shack at 9:04pm. Said driver was at certain location and was stalled there. Delivery time kept getting later and later I contacted driver through chat multiple times no response. Tried to call & said couldn’t answer. Never showed up and had to contact support. Agent ended chat without confirming cancellation or refund. Terrible first time experience. Had to quickly order Uber Eats before Shake Shack closed at 10:30pm. Will not be using Caviar again or recommending.

Ever since the acquisition by Door Dash, every single aspect of Caviar has become absolutely terrible. Time estimates are 100% wrong, my food only comes half the time - the other half the delivery just keeps adding hours, food is always cold, and customer service is deplorable. Door Dash has ruined this app. I’d put zero stars if I could.

If youre like me and expect goods or services rendered in exchange for money, do not use this app. If you enjoy fraudulent bank charges, then Caviar is the app for you! They have charged me over 70$ for absolutely nothing! Their ‘customer service’ curtly refused to refund me. Claiming their “doordash corporate policy” wouldnt allow it. Caviar is now owned by Doordash. They are a company based on scams. Not only do they rip off their customers, but also take full advantage of restaurants; which are usually, small, local businesses. If you insist on using Caviar, be sure to check your bank statement daily. As they will charge your card days later for nothing or overcharge you. And dont expect them to refund you, you will need to call your bank for that! Apple shouldnt allow these apps in their store. They are nothing but a scam for hard working people.

I’ve never been able to order food for delivery and the prices were the same as the restaurant prices. It has always been over priced and this delivery app actually is the same price as you would pay when you go and order your own food. These are the drivers that deserve good tips and delivery fees.

I can’t even enter a promo code because the app closes the page when you click enter promo code. I would have spent $20 and used the code IMBACK15 that was emailed to me, but I could not enter the code because of a flaw on the app. My app is up to date on updates in the App Store. 1 star review bc the app doesn’t work - send new promo codes please

They are a excellent app I would recommend to anyone.if anything happens with your order they deal with the matter professionally and makes sure the customer is happy .
