TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Caviar - Order Food Delivery Review

Downloaded this app two days ago … ordered some sushi around 10 pm… specific instructions to bring to the hotel room with the hotel number directions where to find the room and to knock and gabs the food to me … food never arrived contact customer support … was told I NEVER MET THE DRIVER and he left early … but never called me and literally was supposed to be DELIVERING the food … so the customer service offers me …. MY MONEY BACK IN 3 days!!!! not even a little $5 coupon or anything for the fact that now it’s two hours later and everything is closed I can’t even order food and I’m hungry !!!!!!! Nothing did my incinvience and then they had the nerve to close the chat early !!!! Amazing looks like I’m back to u Ed ears at least they give you a little something for your completely wasted time !!!!!!!
