Not option to not dietary restrictions/allergies

allergy awarness!

When placing an order, theres an options for additional instructions. However under that section, you only have the option to select for the restaurant to contact you if something is out of stock. There is no place to denote any allergies, which is quite shocking. Really like having all the food options but don’t use it often because if this specific limitation

They have great restaurants but every time I’ve ordered (4+ times) the food takes more than 2 hours to arrive or just doesn’t show up and there’s no refund or discount

My first time having Cavier, I really liked it. I tried it cause I wanted a different experience from seamless. I saw a restaurant I love, healthy kitchen. This is my second time getting healthy kitchen and caviar. :)


Horrendous service! Food never arrived!

After making me wait more than two hours, making false promises of delivery several times, it proceeded to cancel my order on its own. Absolute non sense. Uber Eats maybe expensive and they might be ripping off the restaurants but I’ll take that any day over non existent service and lack of accountability.

I’ve never ever been so frustrated with an ordering app in my life. They blocked/disabled my account for no reason. Customer service is a nightmare

1. It is difficult to resolve issues. 2. One of every three orders “gets lost”. 3. After 15 minutes of trying to resolve the problem, they issue credit and feel great that they have wasted your time, left you hungry late at night, and given back your money. 4. Their time estimates are always way less than reality. 5. The scheduling function doesn’t work - food comes way late.


Can’t manage subscription from App Store?

I signed up for the dash pass trial in the app, why can’t I manage it where I manage all my other App Store subscriptions? I’m confused!
