Great UX, Great Restaurants, Terrible Customer Service

The app has so many great restaurants. I just wish they had customer service to match. They often cancel orders with no warning and they don’t offer any compensation or help with reordering. They also change orders to pickup when it was meant to be a delivery. When you speak to customer service they give you a generic response “I wish I could help you.”

They’ll send you a notification with a promo, you click (notification disappears), order food, promo is not applied. Reach out to customer care and they’ll ignore you and ask for a screenshot of the notification. What a perfect scam.

This app has been trash ever since DoorDash bought them. On multiple occasions I’ve watched as my driver drives within a quarter mile of my house, only to make a first delivery multiple miles away, then turn around and deliver my food 30 minutes late. Tonight I gave it another shot and it was even worse than before. I’d have gotten my food faster crawling to pick it up.

Not reliable delivery

I’m sorry I have to give you 0 for sure. This app will DELAY for order for 1++ HOURS AND THEN CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE. and you can never contact the delivery guy successfully. Also, this company will only give you whole refund and then NOTHING for wasting your time and leave you starving. This is the most unreliable app I have ever use I all my friends stop using it cause it leave us starving for 2 times. The worst delivery app ever.

Updated twice this week so no excuse, every time i try to add a promo code i get the loading circle of death! Never can complete, i am going to attempt to use my browser but this is ridiculous, fix it! I only use this app when i have promo codes anyway.
