Clean and smooth flow. But the problem is the restaurants are limited and food items are not too much. But within time of dev it will be a good app.

Fees are like an entire other meal so you really have to be sure you want it. I have a 20$ credit right now and I can't buy anything for free because the fees are so high haha! But I haven't had problems, only with people not ordering for me what I ordered. Caviar always makes it right!

I love this app. I use it on the reg... Fantastic service and that includes "customer service" which is getting harder and harder to come by.
Don't waste your time. No support.

I needed to cancel an order and customer service couldn't help me even though my delivery estimate was 45 minutes away. Not very helpful or reliable.

Love this app! It's great! Only problem is you can favorite meals/restaurants you like and may want reorder from. Other than that, it's a very good app!

Great food, wide selection! Some delivery times are longer than others, but fortunately there are many options and to several popular places in San Francisco.

Do I keep trying when GrubHub is so much moe efficient? Once in awhile I give Caviar another chance. Always late, slow, and the restaurants are three blocks away. The delivery people for Caviar have no clue how to get around Philadelphia.
App kept saying restaurants closed...

App kept saying restaurants were closed when the restaurant was actually open. I'm not sure if it's a glitch but it wouldn't let me put in an order. Our evening dinner plans were ruined. I deleted the app.
