Now the customer service is worse. Also the app constantly logs you out now. Now the buttons on Orders never load. “We are busy, please wait 2 seconds.” Forever.

Don’t use this in NYC, they send it to the wrong restaurant location and always have my address wrong after I fix it multiple times before placing order. Call to cancel after found these mistakes and told they won’t cancel cause restaurant already made order. This is followed by a 2 hour wait while the restaurant had not made the order. Worst food delivery app ever, multiple issues on multiple different orders.

This is my first time downloading the app and making an account, when I went to use the code “TENONFOOD” for $10 off it said it’s only for new users only which I am one. What a scam :/

Aside from not having any restaurants I would be interested in ordering from, there appears to be no way to delete your account. I’ve been trying for almost 45 minutes to to delete my account, and despite multiple requests for verification codes, one has yet to arrive via text message. Caviar/Doordash had no problem sending me a nearly instant email when O logged in from a different device. Yet they can’t text a verification code with the same speed? Thanks the gods,I didn’t store credit card information with this poor excuse for a service. Definitely NOT a recommended app. On top of all of the above, I had to go through at least a dozen different screens to get to the “Manage My Account” screen where I was asked to wait for a verification code. Still waiting for said code - actually CODES since I submitted multiple requests for a re-send and nothing happened.

The company is unable to assign drivers to pickup and deliver your food orders. I routinely have to wait upwards of 30 minutes since apparently the drivers can outright decline to deliver orders. I’ve had to wait for 5 drivers to finally get a short order accepted.
