Software this buggy and unreliable has no business being branded by Canon. It’s inexcusably crappy. Expect to waste hours trying to get it to work.

I use this app in conjunction with my 80D and it works flawlessly. Never have issues/time outs etc. with transferring to my phone.

The app makes it super easy for me to transfer pictures to my phone, but only when the app works. Often times I’ll wait for ten plus minutes without the camera connecting. The app is extremely frustrating and has server also bugs that need to be figured out

I guess they don't mind providing Offensively broken system functionality and UI to their users. I've used this app for 3 years and it's only worsened. In 2022 I can't connect my EOS m50 to my ipad pro, not even my phone sometimes. Nothing seems to be in the works to remedy this. Should I have waited longer? Maybe I'll take Canon seriously when their Cameras, network functionality, and UI are all of the same quality. For now this app will stay deleted unfortunately; It just doesn't save me time anymore.

It would be amazing if not the bugs. For some reason app has delays all the time, I’m having really difficult time connecting it and then shooting.

Lost count of how many pro grade cameras do this effortlessly but not canon. 1DX series, 5dm4 series andR5- works the same which is rarely connects. Pathetic for a high end camera.

Every time I need to transfer or just look at the photos on this app 1 time out of 30 it works. The most frustrating app I e ever tried to use. I hope it gets improved soon.
