CAN’T CONNECT ANYMORE. PLEASE FIX.

I have done everything that I can think of to troubleshoot this issue but nothing has been successful. I can no longer connect my Canon EOST7 to my iPhone XR. That’s the only reason I purchased this model so to say that this is frustrating would be an understatement. FIX THIS NOW, CANON!

It worked at first, but after that, I couldn’t download any of my photos to my phone.
Great camera, but this app is awful

What a mess. Extremely difficult to transfer photos from my camera to my phone. It’s a very clunky app, which I just deleted.

Th app only worked one time. I spent 2 hours trying to get it to connect to my EOS RP. Deleted and reinstalled twice. There has to be another way. Highly disappointed.

I just want to get my pics off my camera’s SD card. Why can this thing not work? ? Updated my iOS, deleted the app, redownloaded the app, restarted the phone, attempted to connect to wi-fi... then to Bluetooth... but “pairing” is greyed out. Wish I would’ve just pulled the SD card and gotten the time of my life back spent trying to utilize this app. Pre-update worked ok, but y’all this app is a disaster.

It used to work okay, but a few weeks ago it stopped. I can connect, but the images are blurry and won’t download. I push the back button and it disconnects. Really annoying.

Difficult to connect to camera and once connected, if you need to go to settings to make the recommended changes to get it to work, it terminates your connection. Needs improvement to make it more user friendly.

Simply will not connect. Used to work at least sometimes. Now it just doesn’t connect to the camera no matter what I try so it’s 100% useless.

I spent 15 minutes trying to set this up in a rich Wi-Fi environment, was unable to get the camera to connect, even when I turned off Wi-Fi disconnected other networks, and tried to reconnect to the camera it still wouldn’t connect. I’m going to ditch this app.
