Very buggy
Depends on Weather
Can’t use with a new Wi-Fi connection. No instructions how to reset Wi-Fi connection on camera from app. Bluetooth connection constant fail with app with iPad and canon power shot camera connection. Will take “old fashioned” wire connection option any day into laptop over inconvenient app and camera supposed connection.
A piece of Junk

This app use to work flawlessly. Now with each update it’s more and more unreliable. Now it doesn’t work at all. If you really want a function like this to work get rid of your camera and buy a Nikon or something. I don’t think Cannon will ever straighten this out
Can’t Connect

Can’t get this app to connect my SL3 and my iPhone 11. I used to use the app on my old iPhone 6S Plus. It was a pain, but at least it worked. I’m sorry - I think the Sony app works much better
Unreliable and slow

This app is very disappointing. I am a long time Canon owner and fan. I have the R6 and the app is terrible at connecting as well as slow at transferring. I blame the app because the GoPro and Sony apps both work reliably and transfer files quickly. I have been let down so many times by the app that now I just use the SD card reader adapter. Disappointing that I can’t use the wireless function of the (rather pricey) camera. I really hope that they improve the function of the app.

Super frustrating to have a nice camera but can’t do something as simple as connect to the app in one piece. It’s always a nightmare if/ when the stupid app decides to connect to my phone. It’s inconsistent at best for no reason. I hate that I invested a couple grand into a photography set up but end up spending all my time trying to connect to my phone instead. Please for the love of God find a product engineer to fix your app and/or find a better solution because this is making me lose my sanity

I’ve never had a problem with this app. Recently it’s been buggy. It won’t connect to my phone anymore. It’ll connect for a split second then un connect.
Delete and replace!
two days!
This app is not reliable . You install then delete! Spent two days trying to get it to work and had to delete and install. Frustrating to say the least!
