Going down hill

Eeeeeejjjjjjjjjbbbbbbbb

To be honest, the whole BA experience is going down hill. I realize it is a very tough market but it is not enjoyable experience trying to deal with BA. We have been trying to fly for over two years but have been prevented due to Covid. Each time we have had to rebook, they have profited from it. I guess they are in survival mode. I lost my silver status due to not being able to fly and so now wonder if there is any value in remaining loyal. I may choose to look elsewhere

CAREFUL! I am still waiting for baggage refund AFTER A YEAR!

SimplyBels

After a year I still have not received my refund for the baggage I did not use and that I cancelled on the same day I booked it. Keep getting the we will contact you back, when they do it’s from an email you can’t reply too so they make you call again and it’s happened over and over again. I am so disappointed with this airline. Airlines are really trying to keep their money since covid what ever the cost!

Great lounges

Catleesburg

First class service all the way. Their lounge at IAD and Heathrow are fabulous and their service onboard is amazing. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience

Can’t talk to anyone, app doesn’t work and website is useless

difficult to navigate and inefficient

mbouebla

With the new VeriFLY process We could not get into our reservation to obtain boarding passes for first flight As VeriFLY requieres to use your final destination (separate reservations from first ) T/4 we received the worst seats on our first flight - we couldn’t see availability because of the VeriFLY issue Also two people booked in one reservation would not allow us to obtain both boarding passes from my husbands log in !!

Terrible, just like the Airline

Gregg Walters

Where to begin? Between the BA app and the VeriFly app that BA touts, little works. But let’s just focus on an inability to track luggage—something BA will at least delay, but likely lose, if you fly through Heathrow. I now know why BA’s American partner is American Airlines. They are both terrible. Do yourself a favor: Pay the extra money to fly Delta/Virgin if coming to the UK. Nearly $10,000 in tickets, thousands in new clothes because of lost luggage, and a Christmas ruined thanks to BA. Cheers!

Terrible app.

Kjentreau

This app is awful. Half of the stuff you need to do sends you to the web and the two parts don’t seem to talk to each other. For some strange and unknown reason, I can check in for both passengers on my flight but only save one of the boarding passes on my phone. It’s a terrible user experience.
