The app doesn’t allow you to see seat map and update seat request. Many places where you think you select to do something and it sends you to a place where the action you want to do isn’t there and puts you in a loop or it doesn’t do anything except give a blank screen.

Every time I enter this app it asks me for my traveller information despite being a gold card me ever. Travel needs to be easier than this

It’s very hard to modify reservations, check in etc particularly for One World passengers
terrible app 1111111
There are far too many steps in the checkin process. The web and iPhone app don’t speak to each other. I was told on the app that I couldn’t check in and needed to get my boarding pass at the airport. I then went to the website and was able to check in. Very frustrating and takes way to long.

It may look pretty after the refresh but to be directed to a website modal within the app to do anything of substance like CHECK IN or choose a seat is a joke. Get your act together BA - it’s 2020!

Mobile Check -in offered my wife and me an upgrade to Business for Euro 69 each which I accepted. However, next step was to give us our boarding passes for our Economy seats. It was like it never happened. Very disappointed. I wanted the Club and Fast Track. Only an AA Lifetime Gold and 7,000 miles from 2 million-so Oneworld Ruby gets nothing but a better check -in line.

I fly BA at least once a month and have a complete BA travel profile, yet every single time I have a trip booked I have to reenter my passport and contact information in order to change seats or see flight details. I’m logged into the app so all of this is TOTALLY unnecessary.
