The plane from Cairo to London on Titans airways (From British Airways) is very poor no screen, the seat don’t have even an incliner!! very poor flight for a 5 hours duration

Bit slow and not easy to navigate. Where do I see a seating plan with my seat for instance.

Serves very basic purpose, but if you want to do something like book reward travel, it switches you to a responsive web page (outside of the app) which is super slow and poorly designed. They need to extend the native app to provide decent functionality vs pushing you to a webpage. Frustrating. Their competitors do this (look at United for example). Shameful that a company like United has better tech than BA.

Gradually deteriorating performance. Likely since data link. I use it two or threee time’s weekly and any IOS device it’s pretty poor. Sometimes having to re log into my account 3 or even four times.

I wish I could give it more than 2 stars. Not as good as the airline itself. Find it quite glitchy and not always stable. Boarding pass storage a bit confusing after it is generated. Can I add to my Apple Passport? Thanks. Jarleth
