There is absolutely no notification / advice / help about changing covid requirements between countries. I has BA as a long distance from USA and london as stopover. There was zero comms or notifications regarding my travel during changing omicron regulations.

Of all the airline apps, this one is definitely in the bottom tier in terms of both usefulness and usability. You can get your boarding pass, which is useful, of course, but doing anything beyond that pops you out to a web view where the functionality is extremely limited. Beyond that, there are no push notifications to alert one of boarding, reminders to check in, etc—features that are available and standard on other airline’s apps. Worth investing more in a native iOS app imo.

The app won’t accept my credentials, despite them working on the website.

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this app and I don’t have the time or inclination to list all the reasons why.

This is one of the least pleasant airline apps I have experienced. Instead of being a standalone app, it fires up Safari/ browser for most of the steps involved in the check-in process.

Why did you change the app like this? Most of the time I come to check flights and account and it is impossible to get to that as far as I can talk I don’t want to book every time I login!

I cannot believe BA have an app this poor. It is totally dysfunctional and something I’d expect from a small company not national airline.

Booked on American so this may be more of their fault but had trouble getting the ba mobile boarding pass. Seemed like the two apps could talk to each other more
