No gate info. No boarding time. Even 75 minutes before flight. Review comments input area does not show characters. White on white. Poor app development skills.

I’m sitting at Heathrow International airport, Skyside, and it’s not finding my current flight. I thought that’s the whole point of this App?? After entering all my personal, private details, it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to so they just have all my information now. The website doesn’t show my flight / gate information either. Just says couldn’t find the flight. Both the App and Website I personally find disappointing.

Did you all fire the competent people? This app used to be better, now I can’t even choose my seat or add my basic info. Will I even be able to check in when the time comes?? What’s happened BA??


Never saves my info

This horrible, clunky piece of software forces me to enter, and re-enter and re-enter my passport info every. single. time I have a new booking. Despite creating an account. Despite having saved it in there. And then this horrible interface. Fix it, BA, this is unacceptable!


Needs lots of work

3 problems 1. Pretty slow 2. Doesn’t show multiple bookings together in a user friendly way 3. Problems checking in where it goes into a loop asking for passport number repeatedly and never gets to a successful check in

It’s a decent app, but some workflows are still in a browser frame, so it’s not a cohesive experience. I’m sure that this will improve one day.


This App Needs Work

User friendly- absolutely not. This app is old and outdated, non functional and clearly work that isn’t a priority. You’re getting this feedback from a user of other airlines apps. Take a look at the Alaska app for better practices with the BA app

I fly BA a lot but this app is not very good. It relies on web pages for a lot of content so it can be extremely slow.
