Awful omission in this app

They don’t include any way to “Contact Us”. I have questions and they don’t help get them resolved.
Good app, but please fix platelet credit

I really like this app, and as a proud blood products donor, I take pride in encouraging people to donate. Results and records are accurate except for one thing- platelet donations are and should be given two credits per visit. On three occasions thus far, I have been given only one credit. Please fix this.
Next Eligible Donation Date

It would be really great if the app could calculate the next date when I would be eligible to give blood. I would rather give every 56 days (+,-) than donate a power red. Therefore I need to calculate when I’m eligible and how long I have to give if I want to make my locals parish donation blood drive.

I downloaded this hoping there was a field you could fill out to let them know you are ineligible for donation for a year so the phone calls/emails/post cards would stop. Think you should add this feature. Just trying to save trees and everyone’s time. :)
It’s nice to have an app

After switching to platelets, all the “what to expect” text is about giving blood. This is confusing. Would be nice if it were easy to switch just one thing, like type of donation, instead of starting over.

I keep having issues with setting up appointments through the app, I choose to make the appointments on the website and just use the app to keep track of upcoming dates.

I like how easy it is to sign up to donate! I enjoy the amount of information that is included within the app about each type of donation (plasma, platelet, RBC, and whole blood). I use this app multiple times a year and donate based upon what type of donation is urgently needed or what donation would be most beneficial in regards to my specific blood type. I agree with another review that the badges are pointless in reference to what month you donate. Overall the app makes donating blood more accessible and encourages me to donate more frequently.
Why not show me 30 previous blood pressures?

Even the old “manual” wallet card had space on the back for more than 3 historic blood data values. And this App used to have it also! But then they “updated” it and took out most of the blood stats data. Instead, the “Donation History > Show Full History” link now merely shows a list of donation dates, which is useless
