Scheduling Improvement Suggestion.

I like the app, but I don’t like the way it requires you to cancel all future donation appointments in order to schedule a new one immediately. I like to get my appointments scheduled well in advance, but once in awhile something comes up at the last minute and I need to cancel/reschedule my next one. Currently, I’m forced to cancel all future appointments in order to reschedule my next one. Very inconvenient. Please remove this cancellation requirement.

I can’t seem to make an appointment a notification will be added to my calendar but that’s it, appointment cannot be made. This would make the app a five star rating but for right now I have to give it a 2/5. Please fix the issue.
Destination of my platelet donation in app

I love that in the app you can see where your whole blood donation was sent. I have received text messages that my platelet donation was used and to check the app to see where it went. I have gotten the destination emails for my platelet donations but it’s never shown in the app. There should be no reason that destinations for both whole blood and platelets can’t show. Please upgrade the app to show donors the destination(s) for platelets too. Other updates that have been made especially the recent one showing our plasma donation too.
Love it but could use some work

Love the idea of being able to schedule when I can. Highly recommend an area for allergies. The staff never ask if you have any allergies to adhesive and stick bandages on you so fast. I have hives 3 days later because of 10 mins with bandages on me. Please make this a question where staff need to ask donors.

Makes it easier to schedule. Also allows me to access rapid pass and have my donor card with me. Will also let me track where my blood goes
