I have previously created a log in, it was telling me my username or password was incorrect when I attempted to log in. I clicked on the “forgot my password” link, which sent me an email with my username and a new temporary password to use to log in and create a new password. I entered the username given and temporary password 5 times, copy and past as well as free text, and it is STILL telling me that the automated temporary password is also incorrect. This app is absolute crap.
Okay could be better

Convenient and easy to use. Two issues When it asks for zip code of donation site, this should populate from spot info in the app not take you to a site that asks you to put in a zip code to find a donation site. Just sayin’. They ask if you’re ready to start and it looks like you’re pressing a button. But they want you to scroll down.

I am really impressed with the app. It would be great if blood pressure and hemoglobin levels were included, but I love it overall.
Canceling appoinments

It’s to difficult to cancel an appointment. There needs to be a very easy to see button that says CANCEL APPOINMENT. On the main screen.

Blood journey

So far I live the app it makes the process a lot easier. The one thing that would be better is the blood journey on the app, apparently you can only follow the journey if you make the appointment on the app itself. It would be cool if you could tweak the app so I my kids and I could follow my bloods journey? Thanks
Good info that could be better organized

In particular, the “Details of last 30 donations” should include the date, type of donation. and vital statistics (e.g., blood pressure, iron level, weight, etc.).
Cannot make appointment how I want

All I want is to donate at my local Red Cross blood center but no matter how I try, all the blood drive locations keep showing up. I don’t want to go there. No choice for my local center. Very user-UNfriendly unless you are willing to go out of your way to an unfamiliar location to give your blood. How badly do they want O Neg blood??? Then they need to fix the app or I’m not signing up; and btw finding a phone number for them on the app is also very unfriendly!

Makes donation so easy. Helps you keep track of how much, where, and when. Even lets you watch your blood’s journey. Love this so much!!!
