Filled out the night before when scheduled our 10am appointment. Upon arrival because not done day of it wasn’t valid this put us in line and we missed appointment time. We left.
Convenient and helpful

The app makes it very easy to manage appointments, and tracks your donations and their “journey”. I like that there are badges to mark milestones; adds to the donors experience and makes it a little fun.
Doesn’t do what I need it to

The drives I usually donate at are never in this app. I have to schedule online. Three times this has happened. Because I have to schedule online the app doesn’t keep track of my blood journey. I have a plastic donor card so I can see my previous vitals so this app does me no real good and just takes up space on my phone.

I have never been able to log in, despite having downloaded and reinstalled it many times. Every single time, I get the error “The internet connection appears to be offline” even though I am connected to the internet. I’m can log in fine to the website, do it is not a user account issue either.

It’s simplicity is refreshing and so convenient for me. I understand how to navigate it and I scheduled an appointment for next month on it!! Love it!!
