Give Platelets
I give platelets regularly because I have several friends who have been affected. It would be nice if platelet donations could be followed in My blood Journey.

I like the easy access to scheduling appointments and also ‘rapid pass’ is available and easy to complete in the app, making you trip faster and smoother.
OK but still a lot of issues

I like that you can now do the rapid pass from the app. However on my home screen it shows an appointment for several months ahead. I think it would be better to display your next appointment not some random one scheduled several months out. Blood journey has never worked for me. I only schedule in the app yet I still can never see the blood journey and I just see a message that says it must be scheduled through the app. Good app, but still many flaws.

Love using the app to schedule donations, complete RapidPass, track donation history, and track blood journey. It would be nice to be able to communicate with my “team” as a group (not individually). Also, the team tally doesn’t appear to update.

I don’t really write reviews too often but, I am very impressed with this app! It had all of my information right from the start. It surprised me how fast it was! 5 ⭐️’s!!
Rapidpass Does not sync

On my last donation- I completed Rapid Pass at White Marsh to speed up my donation. The scenery the tech had could not scan my phone???? Then the App crashed when he went to get the code. I am stunned that the Technician cannot access my rapidpass once complete- Red Cross has been extremely slow at integrating its systems and needs to fix this- I had to fill it out again- which form both the technician and me was FRUSTRATING. Otherwise the app works well for searching for drives and signing up Red Cross you can do it! Link them all like this month....

Could never successfully get this app to work on my iPhone7 - would always get an internal server error trying to login.
