Terrible, pleasure fix!

I love the Red Cross and I absolutely support everything they do, but this app is terrible! It crashes all the time, it signs you out every single time you close it so you have to sign back in every time, and I just overall won’t work!! I literally tried to schedule an appointment to donate blood for 20 minutes and it wouldn’t let me! Gah! Please fix this app because it is severally terrible

Would love to see donor card & rapid pass added to Apple Wallet in iOS. Also, BP, hemoglobin & pulse integration into the iOS Health App would be a nice touch.

Everything is pretty well with the exception of the blood Journey. Donated several days ago and nothing is showing. Last donation it just stayed at the testing phase. Needs some work. Otherwise I like making appointments through the app & not needing to carry a card.

Glad the RED CROSS went mobile because having an ID card that is always readable and with me as long as I don’t lose my wallet is great.
