I already complained about this problem and they still didnt fix it. The gps keeps sending the driver into a college campus. When my house is on the street up the hill. Fix it please
Local service great- customer service chat a nightmare

I placed an order and it showed cancelled. I ordered again and it cancelled again. I contacted customer service via chat and chatted with Jorge who informed me that I cancelled my own order stating that it was taking too long. I explained that it must have been a technical glitch. He argued with me, told me I was stupid and refused to provide me with info for main office. I won’t be ordering again.

The food is always delivered hot and the drivers are always politedelivered hot. The drivers are always very polite and professional. Thanks for delivering my orders to my home. Hope everyone involved has a bless day.

The fees alone will more often than not eclipse the cost of your meal, and you’ll end up waiting over an hour longer for your food than it estimates. They won’t take responsibility for screwed up meals, so you’ll end up paying them all that juicy fee money even if you can’t eat the food that’s delivered. To be clear, I don’t blame the drivers—I’ve rarely had a negative experience with a driver. The company is the problem. Save your money and drive to the restaurant or try a different service.

BiteSquad used to be great. Orders were timely and customer service rectified problems. Now service is marginal on a good day and you wait in a queue of 39 people to address menu items you ordered, but were not delivered. Do yourself a favor. Order from another service.
