That's it ? I don't know what the drivers are doing but from the 5 times I ordered the food was spilled all over, just disgusting.

I can watch Netflix on the phone, get Uber, browse news... but getting on bitesquad makes me feel like I have been transported to the days of dial up, often have to wait for the stuff to load. That sometimes results in issues with the order. Delivery is good. No issues there. My issue is I am hungry now and I can get anything to load but the app. 2 signal bars.

Want to track past orders or get support for a problem with your order? Too bad! You have to wait over half an hour EVERY TIME, if it’s even working. I keep my app and iOS up to date, and sometimes I delete and reinstall to see if that will help. Nothing. This has been happening for a year, and I’m close to quitting the service. Ridiculous.

Bite Squad isn’t transparent. $5 Transaction fee (makes sense) $7-9 Tip for the driver (makes sense) $9 Taxes & Fees (???????) They hide a $6 “Other fee” with the taxes. I couldn’t even cancel my order after less than a minute. I will not be using this app again and will not recommend in the future. Do yourself a favor and use door dash or a competitor instead.
