When’s there’s not enough drivers logged into delivery, at times it takes awhile to get your order sent to restaurant which takes delivery times longer. Tonight was perfect, thank you Bite Squad!

We ordered from Raku after our order was canceled somewhere else. Our order was received and processed quickly. I called the restaurant to check in about a gluten allergy on our order. They were very helpful and even called back when they realized they had forgot to mention something. As someone with celiac it’s amazing to eat delicious food from a place where they took the time to ensure it was prepared gluten free and that I was aware of what I could eat safely. The sushi was delicious and fresh and overall a great experience. We will certainly order again.

These guys made a cheesesteak just like I like it and it compares pretty close to some top Philly Cheesesteaks and I would know because I was born and raised there. Great job to Jersey Mike’s and Bite Squad. A winning team!!! AAA+++

Not worth it anymore

I used Bite Squad on a regular basis as it was the most reliable and had my favorites restaurants. I’ve placed 2 orders in the last week and noticed the number of fees placed on the order have increased. Not worth the additional $12-$16 to have food delivered.

Food order wrong, missing items, can’t change payment method as your policy states

Door Dash is much better. Beware when you order from bite squad. I no longer use them due to missing food and poor policies.

I’ve used other apps, the delivery time has always been an issue (food arriving cold or soggy), as well as my order being messed up. So fat Bite Squad has been awesome.

Horrible customer service! account was hacked

My account was hacked multiple orders- yes bite squad cancelled all the orders- however no answer on now my account was hacked since only use it on my apple phone! Check your credit cards people I find it beyond ridiculous that all they can do is apologize and tell me to cancel my card when it was the account that was compromised NOT MY CARD! Worthless app will be going back to uber and door dash!!

I was looking to have food delivered but after reviewing all the fees, I decided to pick up food instead. So, I never actually checked out but they processed and delivered my order. I contacted them since I no longer wanted the food and they wouldn’t refund the charge. I sent them a screenshot still showing the cart but they didn’t care. Beware!
