New fees added with no communication

Why? I pay a fee for free unlimited delivery and now there are fees added to each order. So this service isn’t free.for each delivery. Had I not looked closer at my bill, I would not have noticed. This will probably lead me to make other choices on my deliveries going forward.

Found out the morning of 2/17/2020 while checking email, someone in MN tried to order $88.05 through Bite Squad. I reside in Florida. The night before was the first time I ever opened the app on my phone. I made sure to check my bank account and nothing was deducted, but I am uncomfortable with the last four of my card showing AND this person was able to change from my name to theirs. I contacted I believe customer service through chat and informed of the issue. Her only response was apologizing for the inconvenience. I informed her I wanted to delete my account. She suggested I remove my card first and then delete the account. Checked for other emails from Bite Squad and noticed he tried to place the order twice and signed me up for Bite Squad Unlimited. I asked the company to make sure my account was removed, to tell me how this person gained access, and to provide credit monitoring for 6 months which they chose not to address. It makes me feel uncomfortable knowing someone got my info and attempted to make a purchase. Another request was to warn other customers if this is happening to them and that they should delete their card info before removing their account. This request also does not appear to have been met.

I have ordered from here more than 200 times in the last five years, through Bitesquad, and without exception this is the freshest, most tender sushi anywhere around. Not to say there haven’t been any hiccups, but if a problem arises, it is normally corrected. BEST SALMON ANYWHERE, fresh, fatty and flavorful.
Horrible company that refuses to take any responsibility

On February 22, 2020 I received a text message saying my driver was near by. I didn’t place an order and haven’t in a few months. I check my bank account and sure enough $142.21 was taken from my bank account. I contacted Bite Squad thought their live chat and was pretty much told that I was on my own. They say that since the restaurant had been paid there was nothing they could do and said I would have to dispute it with my bank. What kind of company are you running? If you’re going to have a business where customers have their credit and debit card information stored you have to take responsibility of your security fails and in this case it did. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have contacted my back. It’s really sad this company stands behind thieves.

When I had my double knee replacement, I couldn’t drive, walk well or carry multi triple items, so I established an account with Bite Squad. Has it been worth it? You betcha! Why? Your order is confirmed and/or explanations of problems if any. You can track your delivery if you like. My orders have always arrived ON TIME! I mean within one or two minutes early or late of the stated time, usually it’s right on the dot. If you ordered hot food, it’s hot upon arrival. If you ordered cold food, it arrives cold. The drivers are unfailingly courteous, polite and (this may sound strange) kind. There are other delivery services in Honolulu, but I, for one, will look no further than Bite Squad. Option to add tip after delivery

Everything looks great except for the fact of adding tip before the driver delivers it. It would be great if we can add tip after the food has been delivered.
