Delivery is always on time and drivers are cordial and polite. Good selection of restaurants and lots of food choices. Convenient and easy to use online app.

I put in an scheduled order at 6:15pm to be delivered at 8pm because that’s when I go on lunch. When I took my lunch the estimated delivery time was 8:44pm. By that time my lunch would be over. I got in touch with their chat system (which took 15 minutes to even start chatting with someone) just to be told they could not cancel it but they would give me $5 in credits. I spent over $30 on the order and that’s all that could be done. Such a lousy company with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Will never use this app again.

I live really far off the main road and they have not had a hard time finding me. They always greet me with a smile and it literally is better than any delivery I have ever had.

Tina dropped off my order today. I put in the notes to leave at the door because I am sick. She left my order at the door with a dog treat on top! So sweet to leave a treat for my dog Brewski! Thanks!

Horrible service, food hasn’t been right my last two orders. I’m not blaming the drivers, but the service from the company after something is wrong is where the problem is. Not only will they not send a driver back with the rest of your order, they will first want to credit the money for your missing dinner items to your bite squad account even after you have stated to them you would not be using there services anymore. I had to demand it put back into my bank account. But no recouping the $10 tip or the $15 dollar worth of taxes and “fees” applied to you $45 dollar order. Twice!!!

Don’t order from here!!!!

They used to be good... Now they keep getting orders wrong and not willing to fix their mistakes. Customer service is useless. Don’t order from here!!!!!
