Horrible customer service

Received half my order last night... no one at BS was reachable. Super annoying when you’re expecting enough food for 4 people and you barely get enough for 2 to share. Then when they finally did respond (the next day) I was told they only handle resolutions the day of delivery and they would give me a $5 credit towards a future order??? Okay??? That covers what? Why would I want to use this again when there are plenty of other options for food delivery??
Food never on time, app crashes, unable to contact drivers

I’ve ordered 3 times from bitesquad and each time has failed. You never can get in contact with the drivers because the app crashes if you click on contact or text. Each deliver has been severely late and one didn’t even show up. Terrible.
Where is my 50 dollars ??

You can sign up if you want to?, all they’re gonna do is charge your card for no reason. My card got charged a couple months after I stopped purchasing food through bite squad. And the support team was of no help, I couldn’t even get my hard earned money back.
They messed up

I received the wrong order and after my driver took my food and told me i would be refunded they only refunded $5 of my total order and did not attempt to get me a new order off food. Use a different food delivery app.

Would give them zero stars if able Don’t use them if you live in an apartment with controlled access. They text and say nearby, run down to the lobby, they say food was there and driver had to move on. No food delivery personnel at stated time of delivery when I was waiting in lobby. Offered to redeliver cold food or reimburse account in 5 business days. Never using them again.
Black Rock orders have been great ? The delivery guys are so courteous. Will order again for sure.
