Local service great- customer service chat a nightmare – Bite Squad - Food Delivery Review

I placed an order and it showed cancelled. I ordered again and it cancelled again. I contacted customer service via chat and chatted with Jorge who informed me that I cancelled my own order stating that it was taking too long. I explained that it must have been a technical glitch. He argued with me, told me I was stupid and refused to provide me with info for main office. I won’t be ordering again.
