Bite Squad is by far the best food delivery service in the Twin Cities! They have so many options and no outrageous delivery fees. The app makes it so easy to browse different restaurants and ordering is so easy!

Love this app! The selection is great and it allows me to try new places without having to deal with traffic or lines. The driver was courteous and I loved being able to watch where he was in route.

Haved used a few of the local delivery services and hands down Bite Squad has the best service! In fact, had a customer service issue with Postmates (all the untrained driver's fault) and it took about a dozen emails to get it resolved, only getting the money I overpaid refunded, despite the multiple issues and frustration. They didn't follow up or anything, showing they apprecated my business. Quite the opposite with Bite Squad. No issues but still reached out to make sure I'm happy with their service.

There isn't much available for delivery in our area that we like to order from directly. Bite squad gives us a wider selection for a minimal fee! They are quick too. Nobody can ever find our house because it's new construction, and they've never had an issue finding it. On top of that, I love the map that shows where the driver is :-)

I had ordered once from Bite Squad and was very happy to find my order arrived hot and on time. Soon after, on an evening I did not want to cook or go out in rush hour traffic, I looked at the Bite Squad restaurants and discovered that one of my favorites (Spuds Fish and Chips) was added to options for delivery to my address. Wow! The food was actually as good or better than if I had been served it at the restaurant, and the App lets you track the status of your order from placement to arrival at your door. So far, I give Bite Squad five stars and will be using them again.

I finally used bite squad and could not have been more pleased. My food came faster than if I had ordered and gone to pick it up myself and the food was hot and packaged well. They had a nice selection of restaurants and I will certainly use them again.
