I have 3 issues with the app. 1) Every time I order the GPS sends the drive to the wrong address. My property has been here since 1988. Hasn’t gone anywhere, and I can see myself in the right location when I order, so I’m not sure why the app’s GPS can’t direct the driver to the correct location. 2) I tried contacting the driver today to tell him he was in the wrong place, and every time I clicked to call or text him the app shut down. 3) Then, I tried contacting you to express my displeasure, and the chat just “hung” there, and wouldn’t connect. I’ve been a very loyal Bite Squad user for years, but I’m ready to delete it and my subscription and just go with GrubHub.

Overpriced delivery fees

Everything was fine with this app until they changed the distance based delivery fee to a flat fee. Why should I have to pay a $6 delivery fee for a place 2 miles down the road?? They used to have it set $1.99-$5.99 depending on the distance, which I was fine with! But I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that I end up paying $10 in “taxes and fees+delivery fees,” when my original order is only $10-$20!
