**WARNING: DO NOT USE!** – Bite Squad - Food Delivery Review

Found out the morning of 2/17/2020 while checking email, someone in MN tried to order $88.05 through Bite Squad. I reside in Florida. The night before was the first time I ever opened the app on my phone. I made sure to check my bank account and nothing was deducted, but I am uncomfortable with the last four of my card showing AND this person was able to change from my name to theirs. I contacted I believe customer service through chat and informed of the issue. Her only response was apologizing for the inconvenience. I informed her I wanted to delete my account. She suggested I remove my card first and then delete the account. Checked for other emails from Bite Squad and noticed he tried to place the order twice and signed me up for Bite Squad Unlimited. I asked the company to make sure my account was removed, to tell me how this person gained access, and to provide credit monitoring for 6 months which they chose not to address. It makes me feel uncomfortable knowing someone got my info and attempted to make a purchase. Another request was to warn other customers if this is happening to them and that they should delete their card info before removing their account. This request also does not appear to have been met.
