Where’s the customer service!

Capirit

It’s Christmas Eve, I ordered my gift cards in NOVEMBER! No 800 number, emails go unanswered? What kind of a business is this?

Loyal forever

I have been with Birchwood for years now. It is my monthly gift/surprise. I try not to look to see what is coming so I can enjoy reading all about it. It’s giving me the opportunity to find very nice products that I would not purchase had not been because I’ve tried a sample. Hurry up and buy those full sizes that you love because sometimes the supplies runs off quickly! My thanks to Birchwood for all the smiles.

So Good!

Birch box gives me excellent products to try. They’re often spot on with customizing my samples and even when they’re not, I still get to try something new! Highly recommended!!

Worst customer service in a business.

Not even worth 1 star. They’ll make it 1000x harder to cancel subscription and even dare to retrieve new credit card information even after I reported my original one stolen to get a new number just because of this app. Don’t fall for this. There are better products out there than whatever crap they wanna sell to you.

Ipsy > Birchbox

Just got into subscription boxes and was soooo much more pleased with my Ipsy boxes than the Birchbox box. Items in this box were extremely extremely small and very low quality

Missing packages and unresponsive email

initially I loved the subscription, it was fun and nice to try. it was until my packages stop coming but they were showing up as delivered to my address. it was very disappointing and to not even get a support email back..

Treat yourself to a monthly self care gift

Love trying new things, some better than others, and for 13.00 a month, the price of a small pizza, these products last much longer.

I’ve been a fan of Birchbox for one year and love receiving my monthly box of products. My skin can be sensitive to moisturizer and treatment products. Unfortunately, these types of products make up most in the monthly subscription boxes. I give a lot of products to my daughter and her friends. I love having the opportunity to play with different colors of makeup and hair products that aren’t in the mainstream of what’s offered at drug and beauty products stores. I’m looking forward to sampling more new products this year and can’t wait to try out beauty products from Black owned companies.

Have Subscribed for Years

I’ve been a BirchBox subscriber for about 9 years and have ACE Status so the discounts and points that I receive on monthly boxes and for free 2-day shipping are amazing. I enjoy receiving new products to try and $10/mos for a box of new products (sometimes with a bonus full-size product!) is really quite cheap. I’ve found several favorite products that I will use for the rest of my life through trying my monthly samples, and that’s when I feel the benefits of my BirchBox subscription—because they are products I probably never would have tried if I hadn’t received them as a monthly BirchBox sample. It’s also fun if you know friends who subscribe when you occasionally get a sample in your monthly box that you may not use much of (for me an occasional nail polish) that you can trade with others. Just kind of a fun little connection :-) I also love that they’ve introduced an option where you can swap your monthly box and instead earn $10 to use in the shop. It’s nice to receive samples, but sometimes also nice to be able to put them on hold for a month or two in order to use the samples you’ve received. Plus you’re still getting $10 to use in the shop so it’s not like you’re skipping out on any benefits by choosing to skip a monthly box every now and then. I also really love giving 3-month subscriptions as gifts for my friends! It gives them a chance to try BirchBox out and decide if it’s something that might work for them. If not, they get to have a fun 3-months of customizing their samples and receiving a little ‘gift’ to themselves for 3 months. There are lots of things you can do with a BirchBox subscription. Give it a try! :-)
