The phone app has a lot of bugs; the boxes won't open to view the contents, or if they do, then the option to view more about the product doesn't open. Often the video will not work either. I usually end up viewing on my tablet or computer.

So far they've done alright at matching my needs. I do wish they would send things more closely aligned with the profile I made.

My favorite makeup box to receive products are fantastic love you can buy the full size for resonance prizes and that you can pick one item the whole box or be surprised each month

Not only do I get makeup samples, but skin and hair care as well. Makes my collection look amazing and my confidence go up. Highly recommend this beauty box!

The samples you get every month are great quality and so worth the ten bucks. It's so exciting to get in the mail... so much fun.

The app is amazing, and I am always looking forward to seeing what samples I will be receiving. My only complaint is that many of the samples are soooo tiny. Is it worth the money? Yes. Would I recommend it to a friend? Absolutely. However, if I could go back I think I may have went with a different beauty box.

I love my birchboxes! While I do wish they had more makeup samples instead of skincare, I really do enjoy my boxes. I get to try products I would never think to try! Definitely worth $10. And their rewards program is insane!

If you're contemplating getting a Birchbox get it!! They are so incredibly helpful they show you what you can use, what is helpful to your skin, and they give amazing discounts. Customer service is there top priority.

I was given products that I never stated I was interested in receiving. However, the mascaras and perfumes that are in the box are awesome! They need to have an option to let you NOT receive certain samples.
