Some items were amazing. Received 3 or 4 moisturizers and some bonding cream for blondes. I’m not blonde and I don’t need that many moisturizers. Probably won’t order again

I paid $16 for five little samples. I guess I was hoping it would be a big box like the first time. But it didn’t look like it was worth $5.

signed up for12 months so I could try new makeup products. Hahahaha, everything is for skin care!! They pay no attention to the survey answers. So far I got the 1st box & traded the subsequent 3 for points. FYI, all products are a better deal on Amazon & almost always available!! Save your money & DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this scam!

I have been receiving birch box for about 5 months now I’m just not pleased with what I receive the samples are so tiny and the price of some of the items is just way out of my price range I also receive a Ipsy bag once a month and it seems to have larger samples and more makeup which I love

I’ve been a customer for 3 years and love sampling the products. I have found great skin care lines through Birchbox that I otherwise would not have discovered. Especially this past year with covid impacting every industry I am very impressed with their commitment to good service. Thank you!

I have been getting duplicates and items I dislike in my personalization. I hate eyeshadow. I don’t wear foundation but I get the wrong shade and 2 dozen sponges. Why????

I have to stay for 6 month… I’m so glad I didn’t sign up for the full year.. and I wish they would allow me to leave early… I am not at all impressed with what I have received so far and it’s definitely NOT WORTH $15 a month What a mistake I made

The monthly options have gone from three curated boxes to choose from to one which usually has nothing I’m interested in. If I choose a sample I may be interested in and let Birchbox choose the other four items they don’t even seem to check what would interest me. Last month I gave away all but one item. I keep giving it one more month but am ready to cancel.
