Can’t log in

I can use the website but since the last update the app will not allow me to sign in. Frustrating!

I’ve been a member for about 2 years and I really enjoy trying new products. There’s one suggestion that would improve my Birchbox experience; include samples that are more personalized to my profile. I often receive products that don’t interest me or I receive duplicate samples in one box.

The worst app with the worst customer service. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, and they literally will not let you. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, I lost my job, and I literally can not afford the extra $15 a month that’s spent on these products. When I emailed and told them that they were like “well sorry if you pay for a 12 month term you’re locked in.” I signed up for it July 2019, how was I supposed to know we were about to get hit with a pandemic and I would lose my job????

I love birch box have been a subscriber since 2014 and recommend to anyone who loves to try fun new beauty products. Even if makeup isn’t your thing they have great skin care and hair products too ! Subscribe and have fun !

I’ve tried many of these make up subscription boxes and this is my favorite. All the samples are relevant to my preferences/needs. I love the pamphlets with tips and advice on how to use each product and delivery is always on time. I love the easy to use app that lets you change your preferences and has great articles to read.

I love Birchbox. I look forward to receiving my adorable box of treats. This just absolutely works for me , I try it before I buy it can’t get any better than that .

It’s probably one of the top abs are using my phone The customer service is great I had boxes go to my old address and they gave me another $200 box because I never received it they are great at reimbursing your loss.Whether it was something to do with the mail or moving or are you just didn’t get itThey’re so prompt and fast and I am just so amazed with how kind they are and efficient and professional....I would recommend this product the subscription of the box I mean to anybody for a present I would love it as a present or birthday whatever ...I don’t know anybody who wouldn't like it...My mother always tries to take my stuff LOL but even if I got her box it want to see what’s in mine:)

This is the one bright spot in my month. I have had to cancel all my subscription boxes but I cannot give this box up. The product selection is great and I get items that are relevant to me! Tried another Charming box but I wasn’t charmed. Love my Birchbox! Thank you for your hard work!

Please fix the app!!

I love birchbox and have been subscribing for the past 4 years! But please please please fix your app. Preferably make it look like the browser version. The browser version looks really nice. I really don’t like that the app version’s description of products are messed up.
