I did not enjoy birch box at all. This isn’t what you think. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. First of all it was taking forever for them to ship my box so I contacted them which took awhile because they weren’t responding and it turns out they hadn’t even shipped it yet. And secondly I’m supposed to get full sized products and they are extremely tiny I would hate to see what their sample sizes look like they must be microscopic. And as well as them being tiny in the first place they aren’t even that full. I would never recommend this to someone unless of course you want a deceiving second rate make up company that takes forever to respond as well as deliver your products.

I wanted skin care products and some makeup. I’ve received many hair products which I won’t use as my daughter is a cosmetologist and takes care of my hair. I do like a few products but they have sold out.

How surprising is it that the Birchbox app is so ridiculously inadequate? So super surprising! They send me a fantastic box each month and yet the app is possibly the worst app I have ever used. 99% of the time I can’t see all of my past boxes, let alone a preview for the new box that’s shipped. They could take a page out of Ipsy’s book and really revamp their app to be more user friendly and worthwhile.

I have been a birchbox customer for a good 3 years before deciding to stop for a little while since I’ve already gotten more products that I could use. Frist thing, I love Birchbox because it samples amazing quality high end products that I myself would not be able to all afford, so it really feels nice to be able to try them out. They offer great products that I am able to use to the point that the birchbox samples are the only once I have in my make up bag :) They give out mostly skin care products which I love because I’m all about skin care, and some make up products, which are very wearable for someone like me who doesn’t put on a ton of make up. And lastly, their customer service is superb! I have resubsrcibed to them just a month ago and they have proven that they still have such an amazing customer service :)

i took a gamble and cancelled ipsy for a month to see if birtchbox was better or even just as good... well my first box was shipped and i didn’t get not 1 make up sample, not even 1! not one thing in my first box i liked i will be cancelling after this box

I gave 3 stars only due to the fact that when I signed up I didn’t realize that I was actually stuck In a long term 12 month commitment unable to skip months or cancel if needed for any emergency much less during times of uncertainty with the pandemic and never knowing if everything might shut down and have people without jobs again ...I should have read better, lesson learned? Will say...I love that the delivery is always right on time... shipping department is absolutely ??ON ??IT! I love that I received 2 extra boxes from signing up and especially the amazing clear box and packaging is always great. Oh and THE STASHER BAG!! I’m also have a Monthly subscription to Grove collaborative...We have been the past 3 years slowly but surely getting natural products and cleaners, more reusable bags and STASHERS, paper products...So must say the stasher bag for April was genius and 5 star rating! IF YOU SWITCH TO A STASHER BAG EVERY MONTH OMMMMG I WOULD NOT HAVE ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT DUE TO KNOWING THAT BAG PLUS PRODUCTS PLYS SHIPPING ITSELF IS WORTH MORE THAN THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE! I would sign up all my family and friends ? Only other complaint was a few products that I received had barely any product inside, they were small products which honestly it’s hard to decide whether one time use is good enough to pay full price in the future. I wish Birchbox did more DELUXE SAMPLES AND MAKEUP PRODUCTS. I’m not that big into putting random moisturizer serums etc products on my face due to having sensitive skin and fear of breaking out so most of my products usually get tossed or given to friends.
