Never got my box

Just started using it and it's been over a month and it still says it's on its way but the last updated place it was at was in Warrendale PA on the 12th of last month. This was honestly a waste of money.

I subscribe to Ipsy and Sephora. So I’m used to getting samples from companies I haven’t heard of. Signed up and got the November box along with an extra little box. Honestly the products they sent me had me thinking they didn’t care to have me as a customer. I got hair wax for men (...not a man). Shampoo and dinky trials of conditioner and another hair thing for colored hair. My beauty profile says I have blonde hair. Not colored. And the other samples I got were just completely underwhelming. Swiftly cancelled and will be sticking to Ipsy and Sephora.

Compared to the birchbox for men which my husband subscribed to a few years ago, the woman’s box I subscribed to was very disappointing and not worth the $ each month. Merchandise was sent damaged and customer service said it would be replaced. It never was. Don’t waste your time or money on tiny samples.

So good! I have received two Birch Box to date, and out of the 11 samples I have received there are only 3 I don't care for and probably will not use. Not bad for a $10 box. Wish the samples were deluxe samples but not bad.

Have been with Birchbox since the beginning. Have loved every min of it. I have had fun, made money. Made good friends. Learned a lot about fashion and style that I'm so into. Poshmark has showed me my passion and I can't thank them enough! Really wanting to go to Poshfest?... maybe next time ✌?

I'm a guy. I initially got this to delve into the beard-grooming world, since I've had one on and off for over 10 years, and it's my first year using dedicated shampoo and oils. I immediately was introduced to quality brands and products I didn't know existed. Birchbox opened up a whole new side of myself -- beard feels better than ever. I got my first box and got some nice skin and hair care products that I'm very satisfied with. For 10 bucks (and I'd like to upgrade to the 20 dollar one; which, my only complaint is the lack of advertising for the upgraded box in the app) it's totally worth a go.
