Unable to log into the app

Every time I try to log into the app, it says server could not be contacted, please try again later.

This app is absolutely useless other then to look at the menu. You have to re-enter your information every time and when I go to check out it says “uh-oh we ran into technical difficulties processing your order” which would be fine if it didn’t charge me every single time it ran into “technical issues”.

I enjoy the convenience of having an app, but what is beyond frustrating is trying to place an order and constantly getting the technical difficulties with your order every time regardless of restarting the app, deleting and re-downloading, and restarting of my phone. Fix the issues!
Can’t ever complete checkout

The app is very user friendly and easy to use but every time I tap Checkout I get nothing but a blank screen
App doesn’t work.

Put items in my cart and it wouldn’t let me review my order. Just a blank screen. Website doesn’t work either.

App crashes and doesn’t have an option to pay with gift card. The only reason I was gonna get food from the place is because I have a gift card but oh well

This app has almost never worked. I try to place an order and the app does not move past review order, mind you I’m trying to review and it’s blank. I have deleted and re downloaded, I end up having to go to the website and place the order again every time. I keep hoping you will fix it to be disappointed every time!

Great intentions but broken

App signs users out all the time. When you are signed in and build a order you can’t place it because of errors. Better have picking out your order then calling your local restaurant to place the order. Not sure how this app could be more broken but at least the menu is readable.
