Tee loves JB!

This app has not worked in almost a year. Always says I can’t order, there is no available order for multiple days. Not sure if it’s the app or the location. But it’s annoying that it hasn’t been fixed in almost a year

Can’t place an order!

Update 7/2019: Re-downloaded the app and it still has the same issue of a blank screen when you go to complete your order. Different city so that isn’t the issue. You should fire your programmers. This is the worst. I haven’t used this app for over a year because every time I went to order I’d get to checkout only to get a white screen. Fast forward to today and went to place an order and I get the exact same problem!! Come on BWW! Fix your app!!!

This app is horrible!! Won’t let me log in even when I go to forgot password and I get a temporary password it still won’t log me in. I even tried to sign up with a different email and still nothing. I’m deleting it and may never go again.

I took my family including my grands. It was one of worse experiences. Not only was the order wrong but we waited 45 minutes to get cold food. When I complained to the waitress about the cocktails we ordered she said she had nothing to do with it. When the food came wrong I asked for the manager. She said she was sorry and offered a discount for our ticket. I said ‘your kidding, right?’ She said no that was the best she could do. She never offered to comp our meals or an apology. She was not interested in the cold food and wrong order. She was interested in collecting money. I said I wasn’t paying for bad service and paying for items we didn’t even order. To make matters worse she insisted I pay the tab. I said tell your boss why I walked and she said ‘don’t ever come back.’ Nuff said!

I’ve become unable to log in and place an order through the app. Says cannot connect with server?? No updates to fix this? I’ve stopped ordering from here because anytime I call in I have to wait 5 minutes (seriously) to place a phone order. Will order from someplace that has their stuff working!!

Ordered food and my card was charged but when I showed up to the store they had no record of the order. Had to pay again at the store.

No need for the app, so the bugs don’t matter

The app was buggy at best. It stopped accepting payments and would take so long to process an order that your pickup time would be delayed by 20-40 minutes by the time it was done. They just changed their Tuesday wing policy to be dine-in only, so there’s no reason to have the app at all, anymore. On top of that, you can get wings if you dine in, but they won’t let you take home your leftovers. Supposedly they inform you before you order, but that didn’t happen until they restaurant told us they were refusing to take home the few leftover wings that WE ORDERED! The good news is, I’ve been spending way to much money on their overpriced food that isn’t even that good (let’s be honest, besides the sauce, B-Dubs is barely better than fast food) for the last couple of decades. I did wing night every Tuesday for years. Imagine what I can do with all of this extra money! Thank you, B-Dubs, for saving me from myself! Better food for less money is now in my future and I couldn’t be happier about it.
