Won’t allow me to pay via app

What’s the point of downloading the app if you can’t order through it. I end up using the web browser to order. Will probably uninstall.

I tried ordering using the app and it said my order went through, but when I got there the restaurant did not receive my order. This has happened 4 times

Anytime I try to place an order it either has an uh oh error or I keep clicking on place order at checkout and nothing happens.

The app always fails at one point or another. You either can’t login, can’t move to the checkout screen, or can’t finish inputting your card info before the app claims there was an error and kicks you out. It’s almost as bad as their useless mobile website. Get it together, B-Dubs.

Bad app. Not user friendly. And why have a food order app separate from the rewards app? Put some money into IT.

When reviewing your order the app shows a white screen and never progresses. Waste of time. Don’t download.

Only good too look at the menu because trying to place an order is useless and apparently BWW does not care as this has been an ongoing problem
