I can never order online with this app! When it comes to check out it always gives me an error message and I always end up having to call or order at the store anyway and waste my time trying to order on the app! Sometimes it would be more convenient to order online but I can’t with this app. I’ve had the app for a while now and was probably able to order once with it. A couple times I just ended up going somewhere else for food even though I was craving wings! There’s no point in trying to order with the app! I’ve deleted it. Tired of giving them a chance.
Error and more errors - please fix this

Started out fine - loved the ease with which I could place an order. Fast forward 6 months, and I can’t log in, it takes forever to load, and I can’t place an order because an error occurs over and over again. I really WANT this app to work - but it doesn’t. Please get this where it needs to be.

For about the past week or so I haven’t been able to log in to the app or submit an order.
Just stopped working. Frustrating.

Used to be an easy ordering process, but now it crashes during every order. Also they never linked this to rewards program. This is just poorly done all around.
Can NOT order from the app

In theory, the app looks fine. But when you get to the checkout page, you cannot check out. We have others who have tried (both the iOS and the android versions) and nobody can make it work. Waste of time!
So frustrating!!

The app set up is great and easy to navigate but it NEVER WORKS. Every single time I go to checkout, i get an error message. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This has been happening for MONTHS and I keep checking back to see if they’ve fixed it. Nope. From now on I’ll just go straight to calling my store and placing my order that way ?
