Errors out when trying to place an order for pickup

Both of the last 2 times I’ve tried to place an order for pickup on this app (about a month apart) I get an error when I try to confirm the order. Their website does the exact same thing (both times). Get it together B-Dubs. Thankfully there’s a Wingstop just as close to me Update: deleting and reinstalling fixes the issue with not being able to finalize orders. Very annoying. Now when I go to order I get a notice that “no promotional items are available at this time” and, since this is the page where the wings are, I can only order literally anything except wings. Deleting/reinstalling does not fix this. It doesn’t matter if I choose a different restaurant or anything else. I just can’t order wings with the app anymore. The thing this place is named after. There’s no wings section when you go to “full menu.” This app is broken I don’t know why I even still try

The app requires you put in your credit card info which goes to a blank screen not allowing you to complete your order.
Can’t use the app

This app would probably work really well but I can never get past checkout. Always gives me any error code. App gets one star because I literally can’t use it.
Doesn't work at all

I love BWW and I used to love the app but it has not worked for MONTHS. I hate that it hasn't been fixed. I've contacted BWW, I've deleted and reinstalled, and I even tried doing an online order on the website but I've had ZERO luck either way. It always removes everything from my cart when I try to check out and it's conveniently just at the location closest to me. There's only one other location and it's pretty far, and I'm not a fan of calling in every single time. Please help. I will change my review if this ever gets fixed.
Fails To Complete Order

For about a year the app won’t allow me to complete the order from the cart. You can add items and delete items but the “submit” button does nothing.

Imagine your tastebuds set on various flavors and your perfect selection is ready to be ordered...and then BOOM! You can’t even place the order because the app is trash, preventing you from reviewing/actually placing your order. Save yourself the trouble, and call it in.

I downloaded the app, tried to order, and when you have to pay, there is only 1 option. I have a gift card to use and apparently I can’t use it on the app. So I proceeded to try on the website, and same thing. Why offer gift cards if you can’t use them online? Makes no sense . There is t even an option to pay at pick up. Come on B -dubs, get with the program!!
