FRUSTRATING

I’ll happily redo this review but based on the past few “updates” I don’t expect it will be anytime soon. This app is TRASH ok that might be a bit of exaggeration but if the goal is to allow users to order food then this app misses the mark. Completely frustrating to order the only way I know if order goes through is “if” I get an email. Tried on iPad and iPhone.

Every time I think it’s going to work right at checkout I get a blank screen. Now today it tells me it can’t connect to server. Super frustrating.

App a no work, me no get wings. Order no work. Order impossible. Have to call and talk to someone who mess up order. Fix order system, why u no want money? Why you want bad customer service? Why can’t make successful app like papa, beyond or grub? Why app must be so difficult? You fix app now! Or no money for u!

Worst app in the history of apps. Cant order wings on Tuesday or Thursday because of the deals. Says there is a problem with an item in your cart. Now even on a day when they don’t have a deal I go to review my cart and it’s stuck on a blank white screen for hours. I have written and tweeted at them to fix this and nothing has happened. Just call and save yourself time and a headache.

This app does not work at all

You can add items to your cart but then the app displays nothing on the review order screen and you can’t proceed to place order. It’s been like this for months this is a sorry disgrace for an app.

This app has never worked for me. It is a useless space waste on my phone and should, in my humble opinion, be taken down from the App Store or updated to actually function.
App Does Not Work

I’ve tried using this App on three separate occasions, and it did not work all three times. I deleted and re-downloaded it all three times. What’s the point of having an app that is too glitchy to place a simple wing order? Actively makes me not want to order from Buffalo Wild Wings. Learned my lesson and will stick to the reliable old ways of picking up a phone! But seriously, don’t waste your time downloading this. They have not fixed anything in the last 6 months I’ve tried using it.
The app continues to have errors - unable to check out

The app and the Buffalo Wild Wings order website continue to have issues with customers not being able to check out even after filling their cart. It doesn’t matter what Buffalo Wild Wings you try and order from or if you try and order on your phone, iPad, or laptop, or even via wifi or using data. It is extremely frustrating especially as management at multiple locations state they are aware and that it is an ongoing issue.
